Why a 28-day price costs more over a year
Some prices cover 28 days, not a calendar month. Lilly's Zepbound self-pay page defines a month this way. A year has about 13 of those 28-day periods, not 12, so $299 a month on a 28-day fill adds up to about $3,900 over twelve months, not $3,588. Tick the 28-day box to see the difference for any price.
